Improving Shape, Proportion, and Everyday Comfort

Facial Procedures
Facelift & Neck Lift
A facelift and neck lift work together to tighten loose skin, reposition deeper facial layers, and refine the jawline and neck. The goal is not to make you look like a different person, but to restore a smoother, fresher version of you. We address jowls, deep folds, and neck banding while hiding incisions in natural creases and hairlines. Results are designed to look natural both in person and in photos.
Mini Facelift
A mini facelift is ideal for earlier signs of aging, like mild jowling or cheek descent. It uses shorter incisions and more focused lifting to refresh the lower face with less downtime than a full facelift. This is a good option if you’re looking for a noticeable but subtle improvement, not a major overhaul. Recovery is typically quicker, and many patients return to normal activities within a couple of weeks.
Neck Lift
A neck lift focuses solely on the neck and jawline to improve sagging skin, neck bands, and fullness under the chin. We tighten the deeper muscles and remove excess skin to create a more defined, elegant contour. It can be paired with liposuction if there is extra fat or done alone for primarily loose skin. This procedure is especially popular for patients who feel their neck looks older than their face.
Brow Lift
A brow lift elevates a heavy or drooping brow to open the eyes and soften forehead lines. By carefully repositioning the brow and smoothing the forehead, you can look more rested and approachable—not “surprised.” Incisions are typically hidden in the hairline or natural creases. It can be combined with eyelid surgery for a full upper-face refresh.
Upper eyelid surgery removes extra skin and sometimes fat that causes hooding or heaviness over the eyes. This can make you look more rested, improve makeup application, and in some cases even enhance your visual field. The incision is placed in the natural eyelid crease so it’s very well hidden. The result is a cleaner, more open eye without changing your natural eye shape.
Lower eyelid surgery targets bags, puffiness, and wrinkles under the eyes. Depending on your anatomy, we may reposition or remove fat and tighten the skin to smooth the lower lids. This helps reduce the “tired” or “puffy” look that doesn’t go away with sleep. The goal is a smoother transition between the eyelid and cheek, maintaining a natural contour.
Revision Rhinoplasty
Revision rhinoplasty is performed to improve the look and/or function of a nose that has already been operated on. These cases are typically more complex due to scar tissue and changes in support, and sometimes require cartilage grafts from the septum, ear, or rib. The goal is to correct asymmetries, breathing problems, or unwanted changes from prior surgery. Careful planning and realistic goals are especially important for revision work.
Fat Grafting to Face
Facial fat grafting uses your own purified fat to restore volume to areas like the cheeks, temples, under-eyes, or jawline. This can soften hollowing and improve facial balance in a very natural way. Because the fat is your own tissue, a portion of it becomes long-lasting living volume. It’s often combined with lifting procedures to address both sagging and deflation.
Full Facial Rejuvenation Package
A full facial rejuvenation plan combines multiple procedures—such as facelift, eyelids, fat grafting, and skin treatments—to refresh the face as a whole. By treating several areas in harmony, we can create more balanced, natural results rather than “chasing” one feature at a time. The plan is customized to your anatomy, lifestyle, and recovery timeline. Often, we blend surgery with non-surgical treatments for both structural and skin-level improvement.
Quad Eyelid Surgery (Upper & Lower
Blepharoplasty)
Quad eyelid surgery combines upper and lower eyelid procedures in one setting to rejuvenate the entire eye area. We address heaviness or hooding on top and bags or wrinkles below for a full 360° refresh. This approach can provide a more balanced and dramatic improvement with a single recovery period. It’s a popular option for patients whose eyes are their main aging concern.
Asian eyelid surgery creates or refines an upper eyelid crease while respecting your ethnic features and identity. The goal is not to “Westernize” the eye, but to enhance definition and symmetry in a way that looks natural for your face. Depending on your anatomy, we may use a suture or incisional technique. Careful planning and communication are key to achieving a crease height and shape that fits you.
Rhinoplasty (Nose Reshaping)
Rhinoplasty reshapes the nose to better balance your facial features and, when needed, improve breathing. We can refine the bridge, tip, width, or profile depending on your goals and anatomy. The best rhinoplasty should look like you—just with a nose that fits your face more harmoniously. Techniques are tailored to preserve strength and long-term support of the nasal structure.
Chin / Neck Liposuction
Chin and neck liposuction removes excess fat under the chin and along the jawline to improve definition. Through small, hidden incisions, we contour the area to reduce the appearance of a “double chin.” This can be done alone or combined with skin tightening or a neck lift for a more dramatic result. It’s best for patients with good skin quality who mainly have extra volume.
Otoplasty (Ear Pinning)
Otoplasty reshapes and repositions prominent ears so they sit closer to the head. This can reduce self-consciousness in both children and adults who dislike how far their ears stick out. The incision is typically hidden behind the ear, and cartilage is sculpted or sutured into a more natural shape. The result aims for ears that blend in, not stand out.
Will I still look like myself?
Yes. The goal is refinement, not reinvention. Dr. Yuan prioritizes preserving expression and facial identity.
How noticeable will the changes be to others?
Most patients hear they look refreshed or well-rested — not “surgically altered.”
How long does facial surgery take to heal?
Initial recovery typically takes a few weeks, with continued refinement over several months as tissues settle naturally.
